We get that sometimes things just don't work out & returns are needed. We're here to make your return process as easy as possible! If you find something wrong with your item purchased, please notify us as soon as possible.Take a picture of your item and email it to us at email@example.com, so we can be sure how to help you. We do not refund items from the 'Handmade Just for You' collection unless something is spelled incorrectly or if the item is broken in shipping. These items are personally made just for you. We will happily have another of the same gift made for you.
Returns postmarked within 30 days of date received, will be eligible for a full refund in the original method of payment or store credit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If returning an item, we strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number so that you can make sure your return makes it back to us. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.All items must be returned to us in their original condition UNWORN & unwashed.
